The Duraprint™ Process
Duraprint -- Quill's proprietary imprinting technology -- is a colorful, low-cost alternative to engraving your logo or company name on the cap of the pen. As the name suggests, imprints created using Duraprint technology are very durable. This new imprinting system exceeds industry standards and is available only at Quill. Duraprint is available on all Quill writing instruments except for models with chrome, gold-filled or Duragold finishes and the 800 Series Desk Sets.

Paper Proofs
A black and white paper proof of the Duraprint logo is provided by fax or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of acceptable artwork. Upon approval of the proof, new or repeat Duraprint orders will be shipped in 5 days.

Pre-Production Samples
Quill generates a pre-production sample for any Duraprint order for 500 pens (250 sets). The pre-production sample must be approved in written form before the completed order can be shipped. The right to a pre-production sample can be waived in writing on your purchase order. Please note that no order for the above quantities or larger can be shipped without WRITTEN approval or a WRITTEN waiver of the pre-pro sample. Pre-production samples are also available on repeat orders.

Pre-production samples are available in 5 working days and are shipped Second Day Air at the distributor's expense unless otherwise stated on your purchase order. After approval of the pre-production sample, new orders are shipped in 5 working days.
